Our focus this week is 'Balance' - To enable players to stop/land in a stable body position (SBP) preventing stepping and injuries. During the game time, focus and feedback should be on landing balanced.

7:45am - Set Up
7:55am - Brief on Court 1
8:00am - Warm up on Court 1
8:15am - Skills:
- On the river, in the bank
- The Orchard
- Outside Leg
- Goal Bounce
8:35am - 5 vs 5 game
9:00am - Pack up, cool down, “cheers” and high fives
