2024 SEASON

It is important that we align with Netball New Zealand’s ANZ Future Fern programme.  We will trust in the Netball New Zealand programme, which has significant research behind it, and deliver it accordingly.


REGISTRATIONS

Waiuku Netball Centre will take individual registrations for the 2024 season for our Year 1-2 players to play 4v4 netball.

Registration forms have been distributed to the clubs, schools, on our facebook page and our website.  This will help with continuity in the future when the children are old enough to play directly for their club.  We will accept registrations throughout the season.

We will endeavour to keep children from the same schools in teams together.  Please note that this will be dependent on numbers and parent helpers.  Players will be placed in their appropriate year level.


2024 PLAYING DATES

  • Week 1 - 12th March
  • Week 2 - 19th March
  • Week 3 - 26th March


  • No Play - Easter Weekend - 2nd April


  • Week 4 - 9th April


  • No Play - School Hoildays - 16th April
  • No Play - School Hoildays - 23rd April


  • Week 5 - 30th April
  • Week 6 - 7th May
  • Week 7 - 14th May
  • Week 8 - 21th May
  • Week 9 - 28th May
  • Week 10 - 4th June (Festivial Day)


  • This programme will 100% be finished by the 2nd of July 2024, this will allow us to have three possible "rain days"
